What inspired you to launch your own website?

Small businesses that could not afford to list their business on more expensive online directory services

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

tanga.net was the 1st website launched for our isp business based in tanga in 1998

How did you decide on a name for your website?

the name was selected in terms of relevance

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

the flexibility to accomodate any business of any size and any budget.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

At present the goal is to turn it into invaluable source of information for anyone searching for anything in tanzania

we will measure this at a later time.

some features need to be added in terms of managing the site, these would be added.

yes. we have made plans to accomodate growth and we expect growth
