A business plan sets the strategy for growth and development of your company. The inclusion of the term "strategic" set the state for the business plan scenario. It is where we place the building blocks in the human resources, financial, production, and quality control areas, and IP and other assets (as stated in the article). From the busines plan we have a clear picture of where we are going and how we are going to get there, and what resources and assets we have at our disposal. Especially in the area of small businesses you should read this article!
