Annual small business contracting statistics for the year two thousand and eight has not yet been released. Ten months have elapsed since the fiscal year of the federal government has ended.
The Obama Administration is supposed to have released this information by now, but there seems to be some sort of delay in the process.
What shows the seriousness of this particular matter is the fact that when we look at the way the Bush administration diverted federal small business contracts, we can clearly see the loop holes of this position of power easily being taken advantage of.
