One of the most important areas in a manager´s job description is the ability to listen! Modern management requires the empowerment and motivation of employees. This post is sad because it points directly at the grave incompetence of someone whose job it is to preserve and improve a business. If the business was that manager´s property, that´s bad enough, but if she was an employee, then it is really serious because she disregarded her responsibility towards the owner. It is surprising that this day and age someone can act like that!
