Please give us a short summary of your website?

The website is a growing resource of buying and selling tips for eBay, with a real slant on coping with the current financial situation. Also included is a free 6-part eCourse that takes you through the selling process and tells you the type of things I wish I knew when I was just starting out

What inspired you to launch your own website?

I got so fed up with people going on about eBay being dead, and that nobody was buying anything anymore, that I set this up. Sure the days when you could put any old rubbish and watch the bids come in are gone, but realistically priced, well presented auctions are still making a lot of money for people.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website was http://www.homemade-millions.com and it is all abut making your living online. It's not difficult to replace your full time income, especially when you work out how much money you spend on actually going to work !!

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It's one I've had for a while, and when it occured to me to do this type of site, it was kind of obvious...

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

A lot of 'eBay Tips' type websites dive in and go on about earning millions, which whilst being correct, doesn't make a connection with somebody who wants to make some money and a bit of space in their garage. These are exactly the people I'm aiming at. Selling on eBay can be the start of something big for them, or if they want, they can carry on using what they've learned to make a decent part time income for as long as they want.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My goal is to expand the resource so it gets to as many people as need it, for as long as they need it. The resources on there are free, so there should be no barriers, and if it crosses over to oter types of media, that's all to the good.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

The success is two-fold. I'd like very much to become a billionaire but the spin-off revenue will probably only pay the running costs for the near future, so for now I'm very happy with the feedback I'm getting, and the amount of people who are benefitting from the information.
