Small business owner's economic confidence sharply fell due to the rising concerns about economic conditions for their ventures.
Ryan Scully, director of Discover's business credit card said that the real mover for this month's confidence level is the overall sense that the economy is getting worse.
Fifty-two percent (52%) of small business owners said that the top issue in this coming election is economy.
