Having ones own business is very beneficial to an individual versus employment for one has complete control over everything which includes revenue, trade, and success of a business.But having all these benefits some disadvantages may come along the way too. Such disadvantages include debts, unstable economy, failure if one is not "that" lucky and many more. Thus, deciding on having ones own business requires critical thinking and proper planning.
