Chorus IT Support

Your name?

Anthony Sherry

Your Location (city, etc)

Bristol

Brief summary of your website?

Providing details on our IT Support Services and CRM Software

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To reach out to a new audience and help promote our expertise across a couple of sectors including IT Support in Bristol - the city we operate from in the UK.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

2 years ago and it is pretty much the same site minus a few pages - we have endeavoured to add new content to the site as it has evolved.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Quite simply we chose the company name.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

It has an individual look that we believe is completely unique and original for a typical website in the IT industry. It has a playful feel and emphasises the characters in our IT Support team.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

To generate new enquiries and be a point of source for any information on CRM Sharepoint integration.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

Our website has proven to generate enquiries that has lead to new business.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

We would add more features such as Flash demo's etc to show our specialist skills.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Absolutely, we have the right support for both web design, development and SEO.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

None we carefullly factor in all costs.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Ensuring the site meets as many standards as possible.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Certainly the SEO side has proven most successful followed by PPC to generate traffic.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

None from what was originally envisaged.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

We've ran the site for a number of years and will keep it till we deem fit to change based on a number of operational factors.

What is your website address?
