Perhaps in the hugeness of all things, another blog on small businesses may appear negligible. Unless this blog has something really novel or radical to say about small businesses, it won't make much of a difference.
The case is different when the government creates such a blog. It means that this will be beneficial for everyone. Here's another small business blog launched by the Office of Advocacy.
