We are a family owned plumbing supply business that has been in the same location for over 50 years. We ship high quality products like Kohler,Delta,Danze,and Grohe to customers all over the world.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We decided that after being a well established business locally, that we would start offering our customer service & products to the rest of the world.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
This website was our first in 2005.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We just tried to come up with a name that would best describe what our business was about.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We try to have a neat, clean website that is easy to use. We only offer high quality products that have manufacture warranties.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Continue selling quality products to more and more people all over the world.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
The ratio keeps getting better each year.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Can't think of anything other than maybe add more staff to maintain the website.
If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?
Yes, We have been here for over 50 years. We purchase a lot of our items by the semi load and have several warehouses to meet any need.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
I don't think we really have experienced anything that was unexpected.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Continually finding ways to keep us in the top search engine placement.
What method has been most successful for promoting your website?
Good linking with other companies.
How has running your website differed from your expectations?
It does take a lot of time and patience to build and maintain.
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
We started this website in 2005. We plan to always have this site .
