Please give us a short summary of your website?

LeadQual provides lead qualification services for companies that source leads over the Internet and other sources. We call each lead to validate their interest in your product or service, and then connect them to a representative or sales agent who can serve that customer. This ensures that each lead given to your sales agents is a qualified lead ready to do business.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

Millions of leads are generated on the Internet each year, but only a small fraction of those will convert. Wading through these leads is difficult and time consuming, and many leads never even get a response. LeadQual solves this problem by providing qualification services, so that business can focus on responding to leads that really are interested in their services.

What makes it different from other, similar offerings?

We are unique in the industry. We are different from typical call centers in that we are experts in lead conversion.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Become the best and largets lead qualification services.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting customers to measure their lead acquisition and conversion, so that we can prove our value.

We have also found that lead qualification increases when web leads are contacted immediately. The latest MIT study on web lead marketing shows that companies who contact new leads quickly (within 5 minutes for most industries) have the highest qualification rates. Thereafter, the next 24 hours are the most important. If web leads are not called within 24 hours, contact rates go down significantly, so much that the lead is essentially dead.
