How did you decide on a name for your company?
Emprower - Is an Anglo-German word, as pronounced as [em_pro_ver], is the root word for "Improve".
As we strive for helping companies for improvement - that's how the name was created.
Further more, improvement is an ongoing process, through out our life. Human being is naturally made for continuous advancement. Hence, our tag line is - "an ongoing improvement process"
What inspired you to launch your own website?
The world businesses have been looking for proven business solutions that could provide Real bottom result - which is Increase Profitability.
Nevertheless, many current business solutions in the market not only can't provide bottom line results, they eventually drain companies' money / drive companies into serious problems at the later stage.
We would like to share our successful experiences in helping companies from bankruptcy, to further increase profitability (one of our example Profit Increase of 450%) - by using TOC (Theory Of Constraints). And eventually save as many companies as possible from spending unnecessary huge investment in expensive business solutions which don't work.
Why aren't the companies make any changes even the current systems don't work?
