The website represents and sells a comprehensive book (e-form or printed) for the start-up and operation of a consignment or resale or thrift store.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
We started the Best Consignment Shop Software site in early 2001.
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We targeted the keywords we thought would be used most often by surfers looking for products similar to ours.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
The book has been professionally printed and bound. It's outstanding characteristics are its competitive price and volume of useful information.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To make money by helping others make money.
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
We offer this product along with other related products like consignment software, furniture software, pawn shop software and they all are managed in similar ways, each facilitating the other.
If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?
Write more books!

Yes. Most procedures are automated online.
What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?
Fortunately not many major problems. The greatest cost was the production and printing of the book.

Defending our reputation from unscrupulous competitors.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The site would only need to produce a minimal number of sales in any period of time to maintain itself.
