What inspired you to launch your own website?

The need to let others know about what we can offer.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

In 1997, a site to promote and sell a hand-held coffee roasting device.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

It had to be short and unique.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Definitely, our services are on a higher level of quality! After all, Silicon Valley methodology in product development gives us an edge!

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Keep providing quality services and remain small.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

We measure success by the success of our clients, not our bank account!

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

Our site does not need to be complex. All has already been designed. However, the nature of code development is that we always make improvements.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Selling ourselves, educating potential clients about what we can do for them.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Our own leg work on the internet. Spending money on advertisements in local print publications has been a total waste.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

People tend to think that website design is a one time thing. Wrong! A good site is an ongoing project. Face it!
