What inspired you to launch your own website?

Promotion of our business to a wider audience.

1996

How did you decide on a name for your website?

Based upon our company name.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

We are very different from a typical executive search or consultanncy company as we build a substantial links section that is designed as a "one stop" resource of information on our sectors annd industries served.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

Further development of our business.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

It has been an ongoing development.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I would bring in more development talent and push forward with developing content for mobiles.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

In short yes, we have outsource the development further.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

The bigest headach is getting exposure and page rankings.

What has been your biggest challenge?

Getting the site recognised.

Quality link building.

No.
