What inspired you to launch your own website?

I am a freelance web designer and I like to help small business and non-profit organisation to go online.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website was a TAFE project, then I truned this web site into East Timor Information Services: check it out: http://www.ramelau.com

How did you decide on a name for your website?

I am a freelance web designer so I decided to name my website under my last name: De Sena.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

My website is different from other website because all my designs are W3C valid XHTM and CSS, and it is simple, accessible and usable website. Also the lowest price in Perth, WA.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

My main goal is to work full time at home as a freelance web designer and of course to make some income.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

At the moment and I have not spent any money on advertisement.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

No I will not keep up as I amd the only person.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

No cost and headaches at the moment.

What has been your biggest challenge?

My biggest change is to learn more Javascript and other programming.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Free website directory and Google and Yahoo submission.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

It is really hard to get on top og Google search.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

It has been running for 4 months and I will continue as long as possible.

Is there any company wants to hire me?

I am available for contract to update HTML or CSS.
