Outsourcing Solutions, Incorporated Interview

Name of your website?

Outsourcing Solutions, Incorporated

Your name?

Denis Judilla

Your Location (city, etc)

Mandaue City, Cebu

Please give us a short summary of your website?

Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. is a highly specialized outsourced service provider focused on delivering customized solutions to SMEs. We have been in business since 1998, making us one of the most stable outsourcing companies in the Philippines. With more than a decade of experience coupling the Philippine labor pool with American and European companies we have developed the hands-on expertise to deliver successful results to all of our clients.

What inspired you to launch your own website?

To brave through the current economic challenges, potential clients and business prospects must be acquired and cultivated.

When did you launch your first website, and what was it?

My first website was launched last June 2008. It was OutsourcingOpinions.com, a website dedicated to discuss the in's and out's, information and news regarding global outsourcing.

How did you decide on a name for your website?

The website name was already evident as its purpose is to attract potential clients. Using the company name directly serve this purpose best.

What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?

Its simple, textual layout relays information about the company, its history and abilities to our viewers conveniently. It doesn't take long to load on various browsers.

What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)

The website is to remain as the company's online brochure and in time it will have to be improved as the company will improve through time.

How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?

I believe almost quite parallel to each other.

If you had an unlimited development budget for development, how would you change your site?

I aim to add more means for our client prospects to reach us directly to get more information or personal connection through their web browsers, so something like a online forum and an newsletter could be a part of that initiative.

If your site got really big, really quickly, would you be able to keep up with the demand?

Yes. We're in the business of providing custom office/enterprise solutions through staffing the right people. We find the right personnel to handle the demand.

What unexpected costs and headaches have you had to deal with?

From out of the blue, server slowdown or downtime because of some submarine network cables were damaged by ocean tides.

What has been your biggest challenge?

In designing the site to make it both pleasing, professional and functional.

What method has been most successful for promoting your website?

Forging professional linkbacks through other websites and blogs related to business and economics.

How has running your website differed from your expectations?

I did not expect the amount of time and effort running the website required to achieve its present degree of success. It's a learning experience.

How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?

The website has been set up since the company's incorporation and will remain as the company's calling card on the Web.

What have you learned from setting up this website?

I've learned that the Internet is a convenient way to reach almost an unlimited number of possibilities but it has its challenges as well that is unique to the medium.

What is your website address?
