Please give us a short summary of your website?
Our website is mostly about waterjet cutting and laser cutting, along with some value-added services (including welding, finishing, drilling, tapping, that sort of stuff). We regularly update photos, videos, podcasts, case studies, press releases, and newsletters for our industry as well.
What makes your website different from other, similar offerings?
We offer a wide variety of options for customers to learn about us. Whether they learn from reading, viewing, watching, or listening... we have options.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
Obviously our biggest goal has to be building more customer relationships. We love when new customers come in and finding out how they found us. Every customer is different, and it's always fun to see what route they took to get to us.
What has been your biggest challenge?
Well it's no surprise that there is a lot of competition in the industry, but we've really established some great relationships with customers and they've really been great.
